POJEM KREDIT acts as the data controller within the meaning of the regulations.

Any data collection form on the POJEM KREDIT website limits the collection of data to what is strictly necessary for the services offered. This data is collected within the framework indicated below (Article 3).

However, additional data may be collected by POJEM KREDIT if the user chooses to fill in the free fields on the website. Some data must be provided in order for the user to access the services offered by POJEM KREDIT on its website.

This personal data is used by POJEM KREDIT as part of its activities related to the promotion of its own products and services as customer canvassing on behalf of third parties. It will only be used within the strict limits of applicable law.

All data collected and processed by POJEM KREDIT is hosted within the European Union. However, in the event that one of its subcontractors is located outside the European Union, POJEM KREDIT undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the security of its customers' and users' data.

POJEM KREDIT also undertakes to verify whether these service providers comply with their data security and confidentiality requirements throughout the contractual relationship. Failing this, POJEM KREDIT undertakes to terminate it.

In accordance with the amended Data Protection Act and the GDPR, the user has the following rights over their data:

• The right to request rectification or deletion of processed data.
• The right to limit the processing of your data.

• The right to file a complaint with the CNIL.
